Particular habits that have been part of  our lives for as long as we can remember, some of them good habits,  others we would like to change to provide greater balance in our lives  so we can attract the good that we all deserve.
Everything we experience is stored in the  subconscious mind. That can be memories from the past, impressions on  certain topics or behavioural patterns.
We aren’t able to actively access this part  of the mind. The subconscious is very hard to control. All reactions,  processes, and procedures that you automatically perform in certain  situations are controlled by the subconscious mind. As are the bad  habits that we recognise in ourselves. and would like to change
It is found that there is no absolute reality.  The way of seeing things always varies from person to person. How we  perceive certain things depends on our past, our feelings and our  mindset. All these components are part of the subconscious mind.
You can now understand that, programming  and controlling your subconscious is very difficult and requires a lot  of time and practice, much like practicing a musical instrument. It  needs patience and consistency. If one is able to keep up the discipline  for 40 days consistently results begin to materialise we can actually  find ourselves becoming the person we would like to be.
Our state of mind always varies depending  on the frequency and type of brain wave, that is being used in real  time.. Therefore, different frequencies and signal types represent  different states of our brain. We can get more information about our  subconscious by dealing with the 5 types of brain waves that we know of.  (Another two that has been subsequently found) which through  stimulation can provide better sleep, health and focus.
Brainwave Entrainment is a practice which  is safe and tried over 100 years that aims to cause brainwave  frequencies to fall into step with a stimulus which has a frequency  corresponding to the intended brain-state. For instance the brainwave  states that controls the ability to meditate or induce deep sleep and  more does so quickly and easily. Although the therapy allows one to move  into a stress free and peaceful state within 5 to 10 minutes of  listening to the audio, it takes many hours of patience for our brains  to develop the habit so there will no longer be any need to make use of  any form of stimulation, the subconscious mind then takes over and does  it for you.
In our audio’s we make use of Natural  sounds, music, Tibetan bells and Isochronic tones to stimulate the  higher frequency brainwaves and   Natural sounds, music, Tibetan Bells  and Monaural tones which stimulate the lower frequency brainwaves. While  listening the focus needs be on uplifting affirmations and not on the  sounds. The sounds will do their work according to the present state of  the emotions. Love affirmations move the emotions into a good uplifting  energy. Examples of affirmations will be given with each audio, it is  advised however to create your own.  The volume is according to your own  taste. Some like to have a quiet subdued sound, others prefer it to be a  higher volume.
